At MJENZI.CO.KE, we strive to provide the highest quality building and construction materials to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or needs due to lack of clarity when ordering or lack of understanding the product well. If you intend to return a purchased product, you may return it immediately on receiving the order and realizing it not what you ordered or expected. The return should be made within 24HRS.

To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original condition and packaging, including all parts, accessories, and instructions. Custom-made or special order items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective and we are immediately alerted. A photo during offloading/receipt and confirmation of ordered products using the delivery note in the presence of the transporter will make return and or refund process swift and smooth.

Sealed packaged products will NOT be refunded/returned in the event that the seal is broken or opened from your side.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so that we can provide a replacement or issue a refund.
